Clinical to Closer

Hands on help from a former ICU nurse and district sales manager.

The kit gives you the system. These services put me in the room with you: your resume, your interviews, your role plays and your offer. I was a NeuroTrauma ICU nurse at Shock Trauma, then spent 20 years in device sales, won President’s Club three times at Stryker and led a district team at Natus.

Resume and LinkedIn rebuild

Your clinical work already proves you can sell. This rebuild puts it in the language a device hiring manager reads in six seconds. We do it together, so every line is true and you can defend it in an interview.

How it works

  1. Intake. After checkout you upload your current resume and up to three job postings you like, and send a few times that work for a call.
  2. Discovery call, 45 minutes on Zoom. I pull out the wins your resume is hiding: devices you trained others on, physicians who trusted your judgment, projects you led, numbers you never wrote down.
  3. Your rebuild, within 5 business days of the call. A rebuilt resume in Word and PDF, your positioning statement, and a LinkedIn headline, About section and experience rewrite.
  4. Two rounds of revisions by email, until it sounds like you at your best.
  5. Your tailoring system. A master resume with every strong bullet you own, plus the method and AI prompts to tailor it to any job posting in about 15 minutes.

Best for: you know the kind of role you want, and your resume is not getting calls back.

Mock interview

One hour on Zoom, run the way a real device sales round runs. I play the interviewer the way a district manager would, push back the way they would, and then show you what to change.

Pick your round

  • Recruiter or HR screen. Your story in two minutes, why sales, why now, pay and travel questions.
  • Hiring manager interview. Behavioral questions, proof that you can sell, why this company and this product line.
  • Sales role play. You sell me a device. I play a surgeon, an OR director or a value analysis committee, with real objections on price, workflow and the competitor already on the shelf.
  • Panel or final round. Several interviewers, including presenting your 30/60/90 day plan.
  • Ride along prep. What a manager watches for during a field day, how to carry yourself in a hospital, and the questions to ask in the car.

Within 24 hours you get a written scorecard with your top three fixes and stronger versions of your two weakest answers. With your permission the session is recorded so you can watch yourself back.

Interview sprint

For when you have a real interview at a real company. Three sessions over about a week, built around that company, that product line and that hiring manager.

  1. The company. Their products, competitors and customers, the clinical problem their device solves, and the questions device companies ask for this kind of role. We build your 30/60/90 day plan and your brag book.
  2. The role play. You sell a product from their bag to me playing the surgeon, the OR director or the value analysis committee. We drill objections until your answers are short, clinical and confident.
  3. The final round. A full simulation: panel questions, your 30/60/90 presentation, ride along rules and how to close the interview by asking for the job.

Also included: review of your thank you notes and follow up, and coaching for your references so they tell the same story you do.

Best for: you have an interview on the calendar and want to walk in prepared for that exact company.

Full coaching

Six weeks of one on one work, from positioning to a signed offer. The closest thing to having a former district manager in your corner for the whole search.

  • Weekly 45 minute calls on Zoom, with a clear plan for the week after each one.
  • Everything in the resume and LinkedIn rebuild.
  • Target list. The companies, specialties and entry roles that fit your background and region, including clinical specialist roles that hire nurses first.
  • Networking plan. Personalized outreach to reps, managers and recruiters, and how to turn a coffee into a referral.
  • Mock interviews before each real round, including sales role plays and ride along prep.
  • Brag book and 30/60/90 day plan built for each company you interview with.
  • Offer review. Base, commission plan, quota, territory, car and expenses: what is normal, what to ask for, and a script for the conversation.
  • First 90 days plan so you start the job the way top performers do.
  • Email support between calls, answered within 1 business day.

Best for: you are serious about making the move in the next few months and want a guide the whole way.

Questions about services

Do you guarantee a job or interviews?

No. Nobody honest can. I help you present your real experience the way hiring managers respond to and prepare you for each round. Results depend on your market, your effort and fit.

Are you a recruiter?

No. I am not a recruiter and I do not place candidates. I coach you so you can win the job yourself.

I am not a nurse. Can I still work with you?

Yes. Respiratory therapists, surgical techs, paramedics, cath lab and OR staff and other clinicians make this move too. We use your units, your devices and your numbers.

How are sessions held?

On Zoom. After you book or apply, you send times that work for you and I confirm one by email.

Is my information private?

Yes. I use your resume and details only to deliver your service and never share them without your permission. Please never include patient names or anything that could identify a patient. Sessions are recorded only if you agree.

What are the refund terms?

Resume rebuild: full refund if you cancel before the discovery call. Mock interview: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session, plus one free reschedule. For services by application, terms are agreed before you pay.
