Refunds, terms and privacy

Delivery

The kit is a digital product. After purchase you go straight to a download page for the 48 page PDF guide and six tracker spreadsheets, and Stripe emails your receipt. Nothing is shipped. Coaching and interview services are delivered live on Zoom and by email.

Refunds

Kit. If the kit is not useful to you, email me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Resume and LinkedIn rebuild. Full refund if you cancel before the discovery call.

Mock interview. Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your session. You can reschedule once at no charge.

Services by application. Terms are agreed in writing before you pay.

Terms of use

The kit and any materials I send are for your personal use. Please do not copy, share or resell them. Everything here is educational and is not career, legal or tax advice. Results depend on your market, effort and fit, and no job or interview is guaranteed.

Privacy

I collect only what you give me: your name and email when you buy, join a list or apply, plus the resume and details you send if you book a service. I use it only to deliver your purchase or service and to reply to you. I do not sell or share it. Sessions are recorded only if you agree. Payments are processed by Stripe, and I never see your card details.

Please never send patient names or any detail that could identify a patient.

Independence

Clinical to Closer is independent and is not affiliated with any employer or medical device company. I am not a recruiter and do not place candidates.
